You already have a Netflix account but would like to link it to Pickx All Stars or Pickx All Stars & Sports?

  1. Make sure you have ordered Pickx All Stars or Pickx All Stars & Sports via your TV-menu, MyProximus or via the webshop.
  2. Wait until you have received the activation SMS and/or e-mail from Proximus for your Pickx All Stars or Pickx All Stars & Sports
  3. Go to channel 57 on your decoder. You should see ‘Great News! Netflix is included in your Proximus package’. Continue the activation process.
  4. Make sure that the email address shown on the screen is the same address as your existing account. If yes, click on ‘Link this Netflix account’. If not, click on ‘Link a different account’. You might have to enter your password (the same as your existing Netflix account).
  5. You can continue watching Netflix, which is now included in Pickx All Stars or Pickx All Stars & Sports.

You want to activate Netflix on your decoder and keep your existing payment method?

  1. Go to channel 57 and press the "OK" button on your remote control to start Netflix.
  2. Click "Sign in".
  3. Enter your Netflix e-mail address and password. You're good to go!

You already have a Netflix account but would like to link it to your Tuttimus Netflix, Familus Netflix, Flex Netflix or Business Flex Netflix?

  1. To include Netflix in your pack, you first have to upgrade your existing pack towards a pack with Netflix. You can do this via your TV-menu or MyProximus.
  2. Make sure you have received the activation SMS and/or e-mail from Proximus after your upgraded to Tuttimus Netflix or Familus Netflix.
  3. Go to channel 57 on your decoder. You should see "Great News! Netflix is included in your Proximus package". Continue the activation process.
  4. Make sure that the email address shown on the screen is the same address as your existing account. If yes, click on "Link this Netflix account". If not, click on "Link a different account". You might have to enter your password.
  5. You can continue watching Netflix, which is now included in Tuttimus Netflix or Familus Netflix.

You already have Netflix but want to pay with your Proximus payment statement?

  1. Go to netflix.com and cancel your current account and watch Netflix until your subscription has ended.
  2. Start Netflix on channel 57. Click on "Join now".
  3. Create your Netflix account by entering the same email address and password that you were using before.
  4. Enter your PIN code for TV.
  5. Netflix will by default propose "Netflix Premium", at €14.87 per month. If you want to change this, click on Change Plan and choose the correct plan. Once you have the right plan, click on Start Paid Membership.
  6. Click on continue and start watching Netflix.

You want to include Netflix in your pack and create an account?

  1. Make sure you have Tuttimus Netflix, Familus Netflix, Flex Netflix or Business Flex Netflix. If this is not the case, upgrade your current pack to the same pack, but with Netflix included. This is possible via your TV-menu or MyProximus.
  2. Make sure you have received the activation SMS and/or e-mail from Proximus after you upgraded your pack to Tuttimus Netflix, Familus Netflix or Flex Netflix.

Frequently asked questions

You will need a Proximus Internet subscription and a TV subscription of Proximus. After that, follow the procedure for activating Netflix via your TV menu so you can watch Netflix on channel 57.

  1. Press menu
  2. Follow the instructions according to your TV menu:
    • The menu begins with Ma bibliothèque, télévision and shop (if your TV menu is in French) or with Mijn bibliotheek, televisie and shop (if your TV menu is in Dutch)? Go to Paramètres> Système> Confidentialité / Sécurité>Gérer les cookies (in French) or to Instellingen> Systeem> Confidentialiteit/Veiligheid>Cookies beheren (in Dutch).
    • The menu began with Télévision, à la demande, recommandé pour moi or with Televisie, op aanvraag, voor mij aanbevolen? Go to Mon compte> Paramètres> Cookies (in French) or to Mijn account> Instellingen> Cookies (in Dutch).
  3. Select Continuer or Verdergaan.

The Netflix subscription offered by default as a TV bundle is the plan valid for two screens.

Netflix is available as a TV bundle in certain packs. You can set Netflix as your TV bundleNew window yourself. After that, even if you're already a Netflix customer, follow the procedure for activating Netflix via your TV menu.

You no longer want Netflix as your TV bundle? In that case, you have to cancel your Netflix account, otherwise your payment via Proximus will continue. After that, you can change or deactivate your TV bundleNew window.
