More and more organizations are discovering what AI has to offer. AG Insurance decided to install a voicebot on Phil at Home, their digital service platform for seniors.

Seniors hoping to live independently at home for as long as possible benefit from extra support at home. With Phil at Home, a digital service platform specifically targeting the elderly, AG is doing its best to respond to that need. To make their platform more user-friendly for “analog” seniors, AG is relying on a Proximus-developed voicebot.
