Fast, easy payment

To optimally manage the mobile number assigned to you by your employer and use all the functions of the app, we advise you to create a MyProximus account.

Under ‘Invoices’ you immediately see in the app whether you need to pay something and how much. You open the bill by tapping on the amount, and you can save or print it. You can find a bill you’ve already paid by tapping on ‘Already paid’ and then on the month you’re looking for.

Paying your bill is even easier. All the information is already there. You don’t need to fill in anything else yourself. Just confirm the payment via Bancontact by tapping the payment button under the amount. You choose how you pay: with your bank’s app, Payconiq by Bancontact or your card reader.

Online bills: greener and handier than paper

We offer payment by Bancontact not only to make it easy for you. We prefer to no longer send out paper invoices. With digital invoices we save tons of paper, spare trees and help reduce CO2 emissions from postal delivery. And because every digital invoice stays in the app, you always have a digital copy available that you can quickly request and view.

Handy tool

In the MyProximus app you can pay your own part of your split billing invoices. And that’s not all... You can also keep an eye on your consumption, and you have access to various services such as parking with 4411, the navigation app Flitsmeister and an online agenda and shopping list. So you’re never faced with unpleasant surprises and you can also use the app in your daily life.
