System integrator Online Grafics has its head office in Kortrijk. From there, the company supports clients more or less across the country. In Kortrijk, Online Grafics also organizes professional training courses on the use of Adobe solutions. Among consumers, the company is known through the tradename Lab9. This Apple Premium Reseller now has seven branches in Belgium.
Online Grafics recently switched to FullFiber Extended from Proximus. “We made this choice because of the far better performance,” says IT manager Wim Van der Speeten. “The same goes for availability.” In Kortrijk, Online Grafics operates Wi-Fi servers for clients, among other things. Needless to say, a fast and reliable connection is essential. “And we need a permanent upload for the fleet of iOS devices that we manage for our clients.”
Of course, we have to offer our clients a cast-iron guarantee in terms of performance and availability. Thanks to the fiberglass network, we succeed in doing so.

Online Grafics has opted to expand its portfolio step by step using cloud applications. “We are deliberately not using, for instance, the Amazon or Microsoft cloud, instead we rely on our own data center,” Wim explains. “But of course, we have to offer our clients a cast-iron guarantee in terms of performance and availability. Thanks to the fiberglass network, we succeed in doing so.”
