Mozart Brain Lab can help customers faster and better thanks to fibre

"In the past, we sometimes had no Internet," co-responsible daily manager at Mozart Brain Lab Didier Punie starts. "That meant that our member website no longer was accessible and we had to start emailing our clients – including children with developmental and behavioural disorders and therapists – or looking for other solutions. Our booking site that foreign customers can use to book an overnight stay at our center was down too."

Digital TV and Wi-Fi for visitors

"Fiber gives us a fast and stable connection that allows us to keep our website live and up-to-date at all times. It may be small things, but thanks to fiber we were able to replace our doorbell and internal phone lines and our visitors now enjoy digital TV and Wi-Fi."

For us, fiber mainly means speed and stability. Internally, everything goes faster, and we can also serve our customers better now.

Remote training during the pandemic

During the pandemic, Mozart Brain Lab went about exceptionally placing its equipment in customers' homes. "Fiber meant that we were able to send them the very large training videos they had to watch to learn how to use the equipment without any problems. With our old connection, that would have been impossible."

Cost savings

When Mozart Brain Lab had fiber installed, the center immediately switched to VOiP too. "We have many international customers and contacts. Fiber has meant our telecom costs have gone down drastically. We used to pay between 800 and 900 euros every month. That is now between 300 and 400 euros, including all connections."

Mozart Brain Lab is a research center that helps children and adults with mental health problems using the Auditory Brain Stimulation Method.
