4. The City of Ghent – Mobility Management

5. DUCO

DUCO manufactures ventilation and sun control systems. The company collects data on a digital management platform using IoT sensors. This platform remotely controls installation management and schedules customer intervention appointments.

6. Circular economy – “Don’t Miss the Call” Campaign

According to estimates, there are three million unused cell phones in Belgium. In partnership with UmicoreNew window, Proximus aims to collect 100,000 old cell phones to repurpose them and recycle valuable raw materials.

7. Engie Fabricom – 4411

Every day, Engie FabricomNew window employees hit the road to provide customers with support and advice. Its new version of 4411 fully automates the administration of all mobility expenses for 2,000+ vehicles.

8. Voorkempen Police District

The relocation of the police district was the trigger for investment in a contemporary workplace and a digital communication platform. On the Fokus platform, agents can consult and update real-time data during their missions.

9. UNI Learning and PCU learning processes

FLOWSPARKSNew window has made UNI Learning the trendsetter when it comes to customized e-learning. Proximus uses FLOWSPARKS to develop digital training modules.

10. FPS Justice – The Court of Mechelen

The judicial system wants to get rid of its reputation as stodgy and old-fashioned. That was why the Court of Mechelen went all in for digital innovation with Cisco Webex, a platform where employees can collaborate online and remotely.
