Our technical experts analyze your Internet, TV and telephony for you, at no charge. The result: you can surf, call and watch in all nooks and crannies of your business and stay close to your customers.

Therefore, all our points of sales will be closed, until further notice and we will limit our interventions at the customers' premises to the essential activities of maintaining their telecommunications services: repairs, moves or urgent "activations", up to April 20 (date may be postponed depending on government measures).
For non-urgent installations, you can still order online with an installation date as of April 20 (date may be postponed depending on government measures). The rules on maintaining physical distance continue to apply.

To help you keep in touch with your loved ones, have entertainment without any constraints or work from home in these difficult times, we have temporarily adapted our commercial offer (unlimited internet at home, free access to the Movies & Series channel, unlimited calls to fixed lines and 10GB of free mobile data).

We'll simply check everything together by phone, to be sure it all works perfectly. Just have your computer, smartphone and tablet ready!

What will we do?

Our technical Bizz Expert will call you and verifies everything, down to the smallest detail:

  • All Internet and Wi-Fi connections are checked so they are secure. Configuration of all computers, tablets and smartphones in your offices included.
  • Test of the mobile network in your business, for the strongest possible coverage.
  • Check of your modem and decoder. He will also replace a device if necessary.

If a visit is necessary, it will be scheduled based on availability and Proximus' planning capacity. The visit itself (travel and work hours) is free of charge. If specially adapted or additional items of equipment are necessary, they will be proposed to you without any obligation to buy on your part and you will be billed for them where applicable. Only V3 decoders will be replaced.

More complex business solutions like Phone systems, Call Connect, Office 365, Internet PRO,… are not included in the Happy House visit.
