- Guaranteed same-day restoration of your Internet access, telephone line and/or TV if you call before 5 p.m. on a working day or before 1 p.m. on a Saturday. If it cannot be restored within the indicated timeframe, we will temporarily restore it via our 3G/4G network. Guaranteed restoration of the telephone line: only applicable to the Phone Line and ISDN-2 Standard or TWIN lines.
- 2nd SIM card included in Bizz All-in Fiber: if the volume is used up: €0.083 per additional MB.
- Bizz Mobile in pack: the pack advantages remain valid as long as the customer keeps his mobile subscription.

- Unlimited data: you have 40 GB/month at your disposal in Belgium and within the EU for surfing at maximum speed in 4G. Once you have used up your 40 GB, you can continue surfing without limits at a reduced speed (maximum 512 Kbps) and without additional cost.
- Bizz Mobile Unlimited: you have 40 GB/month in Belgium and within the EU* to surf at maximum speed in 4G. Once your data is used up your 40 GB, you can continue surfing at without limits at a reduced speed (maximum 512 Kbps) and without additional cost.
- Bizz Mobile 5G International: with Bizz Mobile International you can make unlimited calls, text messages and surf the net every month. All this not only in Belgium, but also within the European Union. In addition, you will receive 1 GB of mobile data for use in the United States, Canada and Switzerland and 600 call minutes and 600 texts for use between said three countries or from the EU to those countries and vice versa. The bundle is also valid for calls receiving in these three countries and for calls and texts from Belgium to other EU countries. When the units included in the bundle are used up, calls, SMS and data will be invoiced at the price of the actual Bizz Mobile plan. Prices incl. VAT. Rate valid in Belgium and while traveling (roaming) in the EU (+ Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) except for premium numbers (voting numbers, 0900, etc.) and third-party services. The use of unlimited services and roaming is subject to personal and normal/reasonable use as stipulated in the general terms and conditions of Proximus. The 5G network is only accessible in certain areas covered in Belgium and requires a 5G-compatible device: more info on proximus.be/5G. Data usage in Belgium is unlimited. In the rest of the EU * you have 50 GB/month at your disposal: after that, you can continue surfing at the price of € 0.0035/MB.
- Calls, texts and mobile data: Unlimited calls to all mobile and fixed networks in Belgium except special numbers (voting, 0900, etc...). Travelling within the EU*, unlimited for calls to all mobile and fixed networks in the EU* except special numbers (voting, 0900, etc). Billing per second from the 61st second onwards. Unlimited SMS messages to all mobile networks in Belgium and within the EU countries, with the exception of SMS messages sent from Belgium, to EU countries or outside the EU and special numbers (voting, gaming, etc.). The included mobile surf volume is only valid in the EU*. Consumption in and out of subscription is charged in 1 KB increments. Unlimited use only for personal use in accordance with the General Terms & Conditions.
- Favorite app: all Bizz Mobile subscriptions in a Bizz All-In Fiber pack include unlimited use in the EU* of an app chosen from a predefined list. The customer can only choose one app and can only change it once a month in MyProximus.
- Protection measure: to avoid bill shocks, the service is blocked if the customer goes over his bundle limit by €49.59 excl. VAT. If he wishes, the customer can unblock the service by contacting our customer services. Limits may apply for certain apps. More info on www.proximus.be/support. The General Terms and Conditions remain applicable. Proximus has made a selection of the most popular apps around. Proximus reserves the right to modify the offer with two months' notice.
- Once your subscription credit has been used up, calls and data will be billed according to the applicable rate plan: out-of-bundle rates for calls to mobiles in Belgium with Bizz Mobile S or M: €0.14/min. Out-of-bundle rates for mobile Internet: €0.05/MB. Unused MB or minutes are not carried over. Roaming use in the EU* is valid for non-abusive use in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. Preferential rates to foreign countries: Proximus Calls to All Countries is included in all Bizz Mobile L, Unlimited and International subscriptions. More information.
- The Bizz Data & International Calls option is not compatible with the following roaming options: Proximus International Calls, Vodafone Eurocall, Bizz Mobile Europe, and Bizz Mobile Europe+.
- Mobile Coverage Extender is only included for customers who have a Bizz All-in Fiber with Bizz Mobile L, Unlimited and International. All other customers have to pay €4,13/month. Maximum 1 Mobile Coverage Extender per customer after a check-up of the network of the customer by a Proximus technician, with a new installation or a visit at home (Happy House). For use in Belgium only, in accordance with the general terms and conditions. The MCE can only be ordered and installed on a Proximus fixed Internet line and must be used by a Proximus mobile customer. Mobile usage via the Mobile Coverage Extender is billed according to the applicable rates for the mobile subscription. Up to 4 simultaneous users. Maximum Proximus 3G coverage of 200 m². The Mobile Coverage Extender is and remains the property of Proximus. If the service is terminated, the customer must return the device to Proximus. - Wi-Fi Extender Starter Kit with Bizz All-in Fiber: the Wi-Fi Extender Starter Kit (value: €82,64 – incl. Recupel charge) is only included for customers who have a Bizz All-in Fiber with Bizz Mobile Unlimited and International. For use in Belgium only, in accordance with the general terms and conditions. Maximum 1 Wi-Fi Extender Starter Kit per customer after a check-up of the network of the customer by a Proximus technician, with a new installation or a visit at home (Happy House).

- Wi-Fi Hotspots and Smart Wi-Fi: registration and acceptance of the General Terms & Conditions. Activation of Smart Wi-Fi via the MyProximus app > network.
- Unlimited fixed internet data: personal use, cf General Terms and Conditions. As from 3 TB, internet speed will be reduced until the first day of the following month, unless the customer activates an Extra Volume of 300 GB for free via MyProximus. More info on www.proximus.be/internetpolicy.
- Fixed internet speed: the actual speed experienced depends on the computer system, but also in exceptional cases, on general use. Your surfing speed may also be slower, while using Wi-Fi. Go to www.proximus.be/vitesseinternet to discover the surfing speed in your home.
- Bizz Fiber Boost 1 GIGA option: only compatible with Bizz All-in and Bizz Office Fiber.
- Unlimited calls with Bizz Office and Bizz All-in Fiber: unlimited national fixed-to fixed calls valid from 1 fixed telephone number. Unlimited calls to mobiles in Belgium from one fixed telephone number valid from 1 fixed telephone number, with a limit of 1,000 minutes per month, per telephone number. Beyond 1,000 minutes, you pay the standard rate.
- Unlimited national/international calls: option with 1000 minutes per month to call any fixed & mobile number abroad from your landline to the following countries: United States, Canada, France, Germany, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Sweden, Andorra, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland AND to fixed numbers in Morocco & Turkey. - Call forwarding: except for marketing or special numbers. Billing according to the customer's rate plan.
- Proximus Pickx: the TV offer and on-demand programs of Proximus Pickx may be shown only in the customer's private circle. For more information about the availability of Proximus Pickx, HD coverage, the possibility of connecting several TV sets or the offer of channels and package in your region, visit www.proximus.be/tv.
- TV Replay and TV Replay+: since 01/06/2015, TV Replay is free of charge for customers who already have or opt for Bizz Office or Bizz All-in Fiber (or a Proximus Pack with Proximus TV marketed since 2012). The availability of TV programs via TV Replay depends on the television channels and whether or not they have received the authorizations to broadcast the programs in that way. Also available on a PC, tablet and smartphone via the Proximus Pickx app. The list of channels available on TV Replay on Proximus Pickx and the Proximus Pickx app, and the specific terms and conditions, can be found on www.proximus.be/tvreplay. TV Replay is not available for Scarlet customers.
- Proximus Pickx app: offer valid in Belgium for all Proximus Pickx customers who have a MyProximus account on the Proximus fixed or mobile internet network, in Wi-Fi or 3G/4G coverage area, via terminals such as tablets, compatible smartphones and laptops. However, the Proximus TV guide is accessible to all internet users located in Belgium.
- Netflix: when you choose to include Netflix in your pack, the Netflix subscription fee (currently €9.91 per month for the Netflix Standard subscription with 2 concurrent streams, €13,91 for 4 screens and €5,91 for 1 screen) will be included in your Proximus bill/invitation to pay. You get a monthly discount of €1,65 excl. VAT on your pack. All prices are VAT excluded. Follow the instructions set out on our website www.proximus.be/iwantnetflix to activate your Netflix subscription. The Netflix subscription fee will be included in your Proximus bill/invitation to pay. TV offers technically simplified access to Netflix via the decoder. The Netflix service and all the content that is watched through the service is only for your own personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to use the service for public impressions.
Disney+: Proximus includes in its All Stars and All Stars & Sports TV options access of maximum 12 months to Disney+. The access is valid for existing as well as new All Stars or All Stars & Sports subscriptions between 15/09/2020 and 14/09/2021. The access ends 12 months after activating Disney+ account or when cancelling the All Stars or All Stars & Sports TV option.

Only one subscription per customer. Access to Disney+ subject to activation of an account with Disney+ by the customer. Offer cannot be used on existing Disney+ account. - Free installation by a technician (value: €289 VAT excl.) included for any activation of a Bizz All-in or a Bizz Office Fiber pack (excluding industrial zones). If you opt for a pack Internet Fiber + mobile + TV or Internet Fiber on its own, an installation fee of €48,76 VAT excl. will be billed for a new installation. This includes the standard installation and, additionally, the remote activation and configuration of MyProximus, OneDrive for Business, domain name (DNS), mailboxes and Bizz Office Switch by ICT experts. Bizz All-in and Bizz Office are not compatible with the options Family Calls, Bizz Mobile Community, Proxi Replace and Proxi Duo. Maximum 10 SIM cards.
