Password for OneDrive for Business

To log in to OneDrive you need to go via Microsoft Office 365. Lost or forgotten your login? Or you want to change the password? This you can do:

Lost password?

Have you forgotten your password for Office 365? Do a reset on

Lost username?

Have you forgotten your e-mail address or telephone number for your registration in Office 365? Send us a request to update your data.

You never received a login or a password

If you didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail with your username and password when you installed OneDrive for Business via MyProximus, contact us for a new confirmation of your activation.

Change your password

  1. Log in to Microsoft Online.
  2. Click the Settings icon in the right top of the startscreen.
  3. Go to Password and click Change password.
  4. Fill in the current password and then 2 times the new password. Click Submit.

The password has been changed. The next time you log in you can use the new password.
