Resetting your password

Have your forgotten or lost your password? Generate a new one via Microsoft.

Resetting the password of a user
  1. Log in to Office 365.
  2. Click Administrator and select Users.
  3. On the Active users page, select the user you want and choose Reset password.
  4. Type in your existing password and then the new one twice. Click Send.
  5. On the Results page, click Finish.

Forgotten password

Have you forgotten your password for Office 365? Reset it via Microsoft.

Don't have access to this platform?
Some users cannot reset their password. Contact the person in your company who manages Office 365.

Change password
  1. Log in to Microsoft Online.
  2. Click the Settings icon at the top right in your start-up screen and choose Settings for Office 365.
  3. Go to Password and click Change your password.
  4. Type in your existing password and then the new one twice. Click Send.

Your password has now been changed. Use the new password next time you log in.

Some users cannot change their password themselves in Office 365.
