Norton says that your device is no longer protected

Is Norton displaying a warning message saying that your device is no longer protected, even though your subscription is still active? Is Norton asking you to activate the product, even though you have already done so?

Remove the program from your device and then reinstall Norton on your mobile or tablet or on your PC or Mac. Make sure that you install Norton via MyProximus.

You do not, therefore, have to activate or extend the subscription of the product again.
