Activate and install Bizz Switch to receive and manage your private and professional calls on the same mobile phone.

Activate Bizz Switch

There are 3 ways of activating Bizz Switch:

  • On the web: fill in the form. We will call you back in two hours (from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6:30 pm)
  • By phone: call 0800 55 500
  • In one of our shops.

After you have activated it, you will receive 2 text messages within 24 hours confirming your private number and your professional number. The messages will also indicate that your 2 numbers are activated and linked. You can then download the app.

Download and install Bizz Switch

  1. Deactivate Wi-Fi. The app can only be downloaded via the mobile network. After using the app for the first time you can use Wi-Fi again.
  2. Download and install the application on Play Store, App Store or Windows Store.

    Mobile phone or tablet with Android 2.3 or later

    iPhone or iPad iOS 6.0 or later

    Windows Phone 8 and later

  3. First use of the app:
    1. Open the Bizz Switch application.
    2. On the home screen, enter your professional phone number (Switch number).
    3. You can then reconnect to Wi-Fi and use Bizz Switch.

Switch from one number to the other

Open the Bizz Switch application:

  • Activate Switch to make and receive calls displaying your professional number. You will receive your private and professional calls.
  • Deactivate Switch to make and receive calls displaying your private number. You will only receive your private calls. Your professional calls will be diverted to voicemail.
Listen to your messages

On the home page of the app, press Call in Switch Voicemail. You will hear your private and professional messages.

Plan your use of Bizz Switch

The planning tool allows you to define the time slots during which Bizz Switch will be activated. Press Planning on the home page of the app to define the activation periods for Bizz Switch.

Use Bizz Switch abroad

Bizz Switch works abroad but your professional number will not be displayed on the other person's phone screen if you are outside Belgium.

Click Roaming in the app's menu. You will be able to choose to display your private number or no number.

Forward your calls

You can activate call forwarding to one or several numbers by clicking Call forwarding in the menu of the application. However, this may result in additional charges.

Existing call forwarding

Do you already have call forwarding activated on your fixed line? It will be deactivated when Bizz Switch is installed. You will need to reactivate it on the app.

Use Bizz Switch without the app

You can access certain features of Bizz Switch without the app, from any mobile phone:
  • Find out the status of the Switch number: type #180#0# and press the call button.
  • Activate the Switch number: type #180#1# and press the call button.
  • Deactivate the Switch number: type #180#2# and press the call button.
  • Activate the planner: type #180#3# and press the call button.
  • Deactivate call forwarding: type #180#4# and press the call button.

You will receive confirmation by SMS.

Without the app, you don't have access to all the Bizz Switch features.

It is strongly recommended that you use the application for added convenience and access to all the features.
