Change your MyProximus password, login or profile data

Choose a secure password for MyProximus. Also make sure your login and profile data are up to date. This way, we can contact you if you forget your password or login.

Log in to change your data. Take the following into account:

  • Your login (username) should be an e-mail address: you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link at this address. After you click the link, you will be able to log in with your new username.
  • Your password should contain at least 8 characters, including at least 4 letters and at least 1 numeral.
  • You cannot change the login (username) of your company or organization yourself. U However, you can give another contact e-mail address. If you really need a new professional username, contact our customer service.
  • Is your contact mobile number the same as the number you manage in MyProximus? In that case, you cannot change your contact mobile number. If you really need another contact mobile number register again using your customer number, activation code and date. Use a new username and password. Log in and fill in your contact mobile number.
