How to grant or remove access to Proxifleetmanager?

How do I access the Proxifleetmanager tool?

If you have access to the Proxifleetmanager a link will appear on the overview page of MyProximus. The link will be displayed in the Business Tools portlet.

It is important to realise that this link does not appear if your organization does not have access to the Proxifleetmanager. In that case, please contact your Proximus representative.

How do I grant a user access to the Proxifleetmanager tool?

First the user has to be registered to the MyProximus environment for your organization, by following the online registration procedure.

Once the user has access to MyProximus you will be able to grant him access to the Proxifleetmanager application:

  1. Go to the Proxifleetmanager application.
  2. Go to the User management page via the Administration menu.
  3. Select the user for which you want to provide access to the application.
  4. Select the Proximanage application and confirm by clicking the Save button.
  5. If you want, you can provide a user with limited access to the application. By defining the user’s access restrictions, you will determine for which mobile numbers or customer accounts the user will be able to consult billing information. You can set the access restrictions by clicking on the Set details link next to the Proximanage application on the previous screen.
  6. Select the mobile numbers and/or the accounts for which you want the user to be able to consult billing information within the application and save to confirm.

Note: Only the Proxifleetmanager Single Point of Contact (=SPOC) for your organization is able to manage the access rights for Proxifleetmanager.

How do I remove a user access to the Proxifleetmanager tool?

You can remove a user from the Proxifleetmanager tool as follows:

  1. Go to the Proxifleetmanager application.
  2. Go to the User management page via the Administration menu.
  3. Select the user for which you want to remove access to the application.
  4. Deselect the Proximanager application and confirm by clicking the Save button.

The user will now still have access to the MyProximus platform, but will no longer be able to access the Proxifleetmanager application. See also how to remove access to MyProximus.
