What do the LEDs on your Mobile Coverage Extender mean?

Your Mobile Coverage Extender (Pro) has only one indicator light. Depending on the situation, it will be green, red or switched off.

The light is green

  • Light flashes slowly: you are currently using the network of the Mobile Coverage Extender (Pro) to call and surf.
  • Light flashes quickly: the Mobile Coverage Extender (Pro) is being set up and activated. If this takes more than 10 minutes, contact our customer service.
  • Light stays on: the Mobile Coverage Extender (Pro) is activated and ready for use.

The light is red

  • Light flashes once and then pauses: the modem and Mobile Coverage Extender are not connected. Consult the installation guide of the Mobile Coverage Extender (in French (.pdf) or in Dutch PDF format ) or the installation guide of the Mobile Coverage Extender Pro (in French PDF format or in Dutch(.pdf)).
  • Light flashes twice and then pauses: there is no Internet connection. Consult the installation guide of your modem.
  • Light flashes three times and then pauses: there is interference with another device. Place your Mobile Coverage Extender (Pro) somewhere else.
  • Light flashes four times and then pauses: your device is overheated. Move your device to a place with better ventilation.
  • Light stays on: your Mobile Coverage Extender (Pro) is being set up (or there is a problem). If this takes more than 20 minutes, contact our customer service.

The light is switched off

  • Light is out: the Mobile Coverage Extender (Pro) is not active.
