Call Connect App for smartphone

Want to call with your fixed line via Call Connect on your smartphone? Download and install the mobile app, available for Android and iOS.

NB: this app is not freely available

The Call Connect Mobile App is reserved for users with a Proximus mobile subscription who can access the Call Connect Web Portal. If you have problems downloading or installing, contact your Bizz Expert, or the representative within your company if you are an employee. More information about Call Connect? Call Connect Mobile App for Android

Google Play Store
  1. Download the app.

    Play Store

  2. Open the app: tap on the Call Connect icon.
  3. Tap Agree to accept the general terms and conditions.
  4. Enter your username and password (the same details you use for the Call Connect Web Portal).
  5. Select Remember password and Connect automatically. So you don't need to enter your username and password each time you open the app.

The Call Connect Mobile App is now installed on your smartphone. Proceed with the configuration of the app.

Call Connect Mobile App for iPhone

App Store for iPhone or iPad
  1. Download the app.

    App Store

  2. Open the app: tap on the Call Connect icon.
  3. In the screen with the general terms and conditions, select Agree.
  4. The app requires your approval to send notifications. Tap OK to receive messages and calls.
  5. Enter your username and password (the same details you use for the Call Connect Web Portal).
  6. Unlock Remember password and Connect automatically. So you don't need to enter your username and password each time you open the app.

The Call Connect Mobile App is now installed on your iPhone. Proceed with the configuration of the app.
