If you have subscribed to the payable option Call forwarding, you can choose how long your fixed line should ring before the call is forwarded to your PhoneMail.
By default, the caller will be forwarded to your PhoneMail after 5 or 6 ring signals. However, you can extend, shorten or disable the ring time.
Call 1987 toll-free. In the menu, select option 3 "Basic services" and then option 1, "Change the timer for call forwarding to PhoneMail». You can reduce the number of ring signals to two or three or increase the number of signals to nine or ten.
