Activate and deactivate voicemail

Activate or deactivate your voicemail online or through our customer service, depending on your subscription.

Do you have a Pay&Go card?
  1. Log in and activate or deactivate your voicemail.
  2. Here, you will see the current status of your voicemail (Activated or Deactivated). If your voicemail is activated, change the status by checking the box "Deactivate your voicemail". You can activate it again in the same way. Then click the Configure button.
  3. Make the changes by clicking the Confirm button.
Do you have only mobile numbers (and no other subscription) on your invoice?
  1. Log in and activate or deactivate your voicemail.
  2. Here, you will see the current status of your voicemail (Activated or Deactivated). If your voicemail is activated, change the status by checking the box "Deactivate your voicemail". You can activate it again in the same way. Then click the Configure button.
  3. Make the changes by clicking the Confirm button.
Do you have an Internet, TV or fixed line subscription on your invoice?

Contact our customer service to activate or deactivate your voicemail for free.

The requested changes are free of charge and will occur in the next 2 hours.
