An explanation of your payment statement

You have Internet, TV, fixed line or a Pack?
In that case you receive, as residential client, a payment statement. Professional clients receive a bill.
This payment statement replaces the former bill and has been given a new look.
Here is an explanation of the elements as they appear on your payment statement.
