    Type #120# on your mobile and press the call key. Or view your remaining minutes, texts and MB on MyProximus: consult the app or log in via the website.
  • Where can you find a history of your calls, texts, data usage and top-ups?
    Log in to MyProximus to obtain an overview of your calls, texts, data usage and top-ups.
  • Did your calling credit disappear?
    Don't be caught by surprise by the price of pay-for SMS messages and special numbers (0900, voting, etc.) and be careful when surfing the Net on your mobile or tablet..

Top up your Pay&Go card

  • How can you top up your Pay&Go card?
    You can top up your Pay&Go card in different ways: online, on MyProximus (consult the app or log in via the website) or at a point-of-sale.
  • How much credit can you top-up?
    The credit of your Pay&Go card is limited to a maximum of € 250. Beyond that limit, you will lose every additional top-up.
  • Why haven't you received a top-up bonus?
    To receive a top-up bonus, you must top up your Pay&Go card for a minimum amount within 31 days of your previous top-up (except if you are Pay&Go Easy, Pay&Go Smart or Pay&Go+).
  • How much top-up bonus do I have left?
    Type #120# on your mobile and press the call key. Or check your bonus minutes, texts and MB on MyProximus: consult the app or log in via the website.
  • Topping up Pay&Go Max: prepaid bundle or calling credit?
    Pay&Go Max prepaid bundle or Pay&Go calling credit? Top up your Pay&Go Max card with a prepaid bundle (for a maximum of calling minutes, text messages and data) or with calling credit (if you want to call special numbers or make calls while abroad).

Use your Pay&Go card

  • How long is your Pay&Go card valid for?
    Your Pay&Go card is valid for 12  months. Each time you top up your SIM card, the validity period is renewed for 12 months.
  • Have you forgotten your PUK code?
    You need your PUK code to unblock your SIM card. There are various ways in which to find your PUK code.
  • Has your mobile been lost or stolen?
    Have your mobile and SIM card blocked by our customer service, then pick up a new SIM card in a point-of-sale. You can simply keep your telephone number.
  • Does your SIM card no longer work?
    Perhaps your SIM card no longer works because it is damaged or faulty? If necessary, have your SIM card replaced free of charge in a point-of-sale.
  • Do you want to use your mobile abroad?
    To be able to make calls, send SMS and MMS messages and surf the Internet abroad, you must have made at least one call in Belgium and you must have at least € 1,50 calling credit (also for Pay&Go Max).
