If we have to replace your decoder, this will be done as soon as possible. Depending on your situation, our operator will decide how the decoder should be replaced.
Exchange your faulty decoder for a new one in a Kiala point of your choice. If you called us before 7 p.m. (Monday to Thursday), your decoder will be available the following day.
