Password for Cloud

Have you forgotten the password for your Cloud account? Or do you wish to change it? Your Cloud password is the same as your MyProximus password.
You can set a new password via the Cloud app or the MyProximus login page.

  1. Open the Cloud app and on the login page and click the link Forgotten your password?.
  2. Fill in your e-mail address and click Send.
  3. You will receive an e-mail message titled 'Welcome - Cloud' with instructions on how to reset your password. If you can't immediately find the e-mail, check your spam folder.
