Activate or change a TV option or TV bundle

Order an TV option  (TV package, football, children's channel, etc.) or TV bundle via MyProximus or your TV.
Change or cancel them only via MyProximus.


Activate


 

Via MyProximus

You can activate all the options and TV bundle only via MyProximus : entertainment, sport, kids, etc.

  1. Sign in to MyProximus and click on the number to the right of the Proximus TV icon. All the options will appear.
  2. Click on the option you want to activate. Do you see a ? This option can be chosen as a TV bundle if you have it in your pack.
  3. Click Order > Next > Confirm > Continue.
  4.  Your option is now activated. You’ll be able to watch your new TV program in a few hours. If you have chosen an option with a TV bundle, you will see a next to the chosen option.

Via the TV menu

You can activate TV options (entertainment, sport, kids, etc.) via your TV menu.

The menu begins with ma bibliothèque, télévision and shop (if your TV menu is in French) or with mijn bibliotheek, televisie and shop (if your TV menu is in Dutch).

  1. Press la touche menu. Go down to Shop > Activer une option (in French) or Activeer een optie (in Dutch).
  2. Select the option of your choice.
  3. Select Activer cet abonnement (in French) or Activeer deze optie (in Dutch).
  4. Enter your control PIN code (this is 1234 by default, but you can change your PIN codes for Proximus TV whenever you want).
TV menu

The menu began with télévision, à la demande, recommandé pour moi (in French) or with televisie, op aanvraag, voor mij aanbevolen (in Dutch).

  1. Press la touche on demand. Go to Mon compte (in French) or Mijn account (in Dutch) > Abonnement > Shopping.
  2. Select the option of your choice.
  3. Select Commander (in French) or Bestellen (in Dutch).
  4. Enter your control PIN code (this is 1234 by default, but you can change your PIN codes for Proximus TV whenever you want).

Change or deactivate


 

You can deactivate your options only via MyProximus. If you want to change an option with a TV bundle, you have to deactivate it before you activate a new one.

  1. Sign in to MyProximus and click on the number to the right of the Proximus TV icon. All the options, packages, football and children's programs will appear. If you see a it is your option with a TV bundle if you have it in your pack.
  2. Click the Active tab, followed by the option you wish to deactivate, then click Manage.
  3. Click on Deactivate > Next > Confirm > Validate.
  4. Your option will be deactivated in a few hours. If this TV option was your TV bundle, you’ll be able to choose another. You’ll be able to watch your new TV program in a few hours.
