Keep your mobile number when you become a customer

Keep the number of your mobile phone when you switch to us. Number portability is free of charge between all Belgian operators: Mobistar, Base, etc.

  • If you order online or by telephone, simply let us know that you want to keep your current mobile number.
  • If you order in a point of sale, you need to fill in a porting request form. Remember to bring your identity card and the last bill you received from your previous operator (if you had a subscription).

The porting will take place within 24 hours.
