Keep or change your phone number when you move

Are you moving? You can keep your current telephone number, take over the number of the previous occupant or request a new number. Simply indicate your preference when settling the details of your move.

Keep your current telephone number

If you move within the same telephone zone (for example, within the 02 zone), you can keep your telephone number free of charge, even if you are a new customer.

Take over the telephone number of the previous occupant

If you move to a home equipped with a fixed line, you can take over the previous occupant's telephone number free of charge, even if he was not a customer of ours. Please note:

  • Any debts relating to that number need to have been paid in full.
  • Both you and the previous occupant need to accept the number transfer.

Request a new telephone number

If you move to another telephone zone, or if you want a new telephone number, a number will be automatically assigned to you. If you wish, your new number will be communicated to your contacts free of charge during 3 months through an automatic message played on your previous number.
