Exceeded your Internet volume?

A certain amount of volume is included in your monthly subscription for internet of mobile and fixed data.

Mobile data

If you exceed your volume for mobile Internet, you will be charged for every extra MB used.
If you have a bill exclusively for one or several mobile numbers, you can buy an extra data package (500 MB).

Via the MyProximus app:

  1. Open the app and tap on My Products.
  2. Tap on Mobile Internet.
  3. Choose  500 MB Extra and tap on the Order button.

Via the MyProximus website:

  1. Log in to see your products.
  2. Select the mobile number concerned.
  3. Select the Available tab in the Options box.
  4. Choose 500 MB Extra and click the Order button.

Not working? In that case, ask the administrator of your customer number to order extra data for you via the MyProximus website.

Fixed data

If you exceed your fixed data volume, there will be no additional charges. However, your speed will be limited till the first day of the next month. You will be informed timely by e-mail and/or texting. You have 2 possibilities:

  • Continue to surf at this limited speed until the 1st day of the following month without extra costs. The next month, you will automatically get back your normal Internet speed.
  • Order or activate extra volume for your fixed internet connection. Extra volume is a free or paying option, depending on the Internet subscription that you have. It will give you the insurance to be able to surf back at usual speed.
    1. Log in to see your products.
    2. Select your internet subscription.
    3. Select the Available tab in the Services box.
    4. Choose an available Volume Pack and click the Order button.
