Request, change or end direct debit

Pay your bill or payment statement by direct debit. We will arrange your request or change with the bank.

Request direct debit

  1. Log in and enter your bank account number (IBAN).
  2. Verify that the right numbers are checked: uncheck any bills or payment statements for which you don't want direct debit.
    • You can request direct debit for each mobile number separately, unless you have a mobile in a Pack.
    • If you have more than one monthly bill or payment statement for your Pack, fixed line, Internet or TV, the direct debit will apply to all those documents.
  3. Click Confirm.

After we receive your request, we will arrange everything directly with your bank.

When is your direct debit operational?
When the following statement appears on your bill: "Your financial institution is requested to transfer this amount …", your bank has activated the direct debit. If it doesn't appear, you still have to pay your bill or payment statement manually.

Call our customer service with your bill or payment statement at hand.
