After the installation of your Familus, within 10 days, you will receive a personal Netflix code via letter. This code has to be activated via www.netflix.com/promo before 15/04/2017, no financial information will be asked. When the code has been activated you will be able to consult the Netflix catalogue (directly via Proximus TV, the Netflix website or the Netflix app) without any purchase obligation. In case there is an issue with your code, you can contact Netflix customer service on 0800/74036 or via https://help.netflix.com.
What happens after my 3 months?
The promotion will end after 3 months and Netflix will contact you. If you want to continue watching Netflix you will have activate a paying subscription via the website www.netflix.com. If you don’t answer, you will lose your access to Netflix.
