Netflix offers top entertainment for both adults and children. For your toddlers, there are lots of cartoons to choose from, and older children can enjoy exciting animated series such as Naruto Shippuden. This Japanese manga shot to fame worldwide, has been adapted into an anime and several feature films, and has been popular for the past 10 years. Not for nothing, of course.
This anime centers on Naruto, the prototype of a familiar hero (or familiar to teens, at least). Naruto grew up alone. As a child, he was believed to have been possessed by a demon, so everybody avoids him. To survive, Naruto develops a sharp tongue. He is noisy and hyperactive – not very good character traits, at first glance, but they will come in handy later on.
Naruto is a fighter. His lonely childhood has hardened him, and as a teenager, he is determined to become a ninja. During his ninja training, he finally makes some real friends. He forms a team together with bosom buddies Uchiha Sasuke and Haruno Sakura. Moreover, he learns that there are people who actually care about him – his teacher Iruka, for example. We follow Naruto in his adventures with "his team": stories packed with action and suspense!
