How do you sign up for MyProximus

With MyProximus, you can manage your fixed line, mobile-phone fleet, and ICT applications online: bills, usage, related services and options, etc.

You can choose the role you want in MyProximus: contact person and user.

  1. Single Point of Contact (SPOC): contact person and user
    • The SPOC has access to all the MyProximus information (bills, applications, options, etc.) of your company or organization.
    • The SPOC acts as the contact person for your organization.
    • The SPOC approves the registration of delegate users.
  2. Delegate user: user
    • The delegate user has access to certain MyProximus information of your company or organization, e.g. only to Office, Mobile or ICT.
    • There can be several delegate users.
    • A delegate user needs to be approved by the SPOC. So there must be a SPOC (or a SPOC must sign up) before you can become a delegate user.

If you only want to see your own mobile usage in MyProximus, sign up with your mobile number.

Signing up as a SPOC

  1. Enter your details on the registration page.
  2. Once we receive your details, we will contact you as quickly as possible.

For MyProximus Office, you can register more than one SPOC. If you however can't appoint a SPOC, you can sign up as delegate user.

Signing up as a delegate user

Does your organization already have a SPOC? In that case, you can sign up as a delegate user. Select the applications you want access to in MyProximus:

MyProximus Office: fixed line and Internet, PABX, Explore, etc.

Do you want access to applications of your fixed line, fixed Internet, PABX, and Explore?

1. On the registration page, enter your e-mail address and customer number and follow the instructions.
2. Your registration will be approved by your SPOC (or by Proximus, if you can't appoint a SPOC).
3. Click the link in the "Confirm your MyProximus login" e-mail that we sent you.
4. You are now registered. You can now log in with your username (= your e-mail address) and password.

MyProximus Mobile: mobile voice and data

Do you want access to mobile applications (mobile phone fleet, mobile voice, data traffic, etc.)?

1. Contact the MyProximus SPOC for your company or organization.
2. Ask the SPOC for access as a delegate user. The SPOC will send you an e-mail with the procedure to follow to register as a delegate user.
3.  You can then log in with your username (= your e-mail address) and password.

MyProximus ICT: security, servers, cloud applications

Do you want access to ICT applications such as the cloud, security, LAN, unified communications, hosting, and datacenter solutions?

1. On the registration page, enter your e-mail address and follow the instructions.
2. Your registration will be approved by your SPOC (or by Proximus, if you can't appoint a SPOC).
3. Click the link in the "Confirm your MyProximus login" e-mail that we sent you.
4. You are now registered. You can now log in with your username (= your e-mail address) and password.
