Block or limit calls

Manage the traffic from and to your mobile numbers

Advantages

  • Block all outgoing national or international calls
  • Block all incoming calls
  • Block incoming calls when you’re abroad
  • Allow calls to pre-programmed numbers only

Activate

Call our customer service or contact your account manager. You can subsequently (de)activate the block your mobile phone at any time via dedicated codes.

Features

To activate or deactivate temporarily form the code below:

All outgoing calls

  • Activate or deactivate: *33*0000#

All outgoing international calls

  • Activate or deactivate: *331*0000#

All incoming calls

  • Activate or deactivate: *35*0000#

All incoming calls when you are outside Belgium

  • Activate or deactivate: *351*0000#

Check whether or not a particular type is activated: #blocking code*0000#

Change the blocking type: **03*330*old code*new code again#

Do you want to configure your mobile so that it only allows calls to be made to a set of preprogramed numbers? For this option you must reprogram your SIM card.

Transfer calls

Advantages

  • Transfer calls to another fixed or mobile phone number
  • Transfer all calls, or only those when you are on a call, not answering or unavailable
  • Transfer calls to your voice mail

Activate

Call our customer service or contact your account manager. You can subsequently (de)activate the transfer of calls at any time via dedicated codes.

Features

The first three options are activated by default upon signing the contract, with calls being forwarded to your voice mail.

You can transfer calls to your mobile to another number using the menu on your mobile phone or with the following standard codes:

You don’t answer within 15 seconds

  • Activate: **61*+32other number#
  • Deactivate: ##61#

You’re mobile phone cannot receive any signal

  • Activate: **62*+32other number#
  • Deactivate: ##62#

You’re in a call

  • Activate: **67*+32other number#
  • Deactivate: ##67#

You want all calls to be diverted

  • Activate: **21*+32other number#
  • Deactivate: ##21#

You want to know which call forwarding settings are active

  • Activate: *#(code)#

Voice mail

Advantages

  • Divert calls to your voice mail, even abroad
  • Choose which calls you want to see diverted to your voice mail
  • Call the voice mail of a correspondent directly
  • When you received a message on your voice mail, we’ll inform you by text message
  • Type the free number 1230 to listen to your message

Call a voice mail

Would you like to leave a message for your correspondent without disturbing him? You can call directly to his voice mail: type the number 1232 and follow the instructions to do so.

Two calls at once

Advantages

  • Receive a signal when a second call arrives
  • Choose to take the second call or not

Activate

You can activate this option (ProxiComfort) via MyProximus

Features

When you’re already in a call and you hear the signal of another incoming call, you have a few options:

Ignore the second call

  • The second caller will be passed to your voice mail

Finish the first call and take the second call

  • Type 1 and press Send

Put the first call on hold and switch to the second call

  • Envoi Type 2 and press Send

Put a call on hold and start a second call yourself

  • Type 2 and press Send
