Netflix

I don’t have a Netflix subscription

After the installation of your Bizz All-in, within 10 days, you will receive a personal Netflix code via letter. This code has to be activated via www.netflix.com/promo before 15/04/2017, no financial information will be asked. When the code has been activated you will be able to consult the Netflix catalogue (directly via Proximus TV, the Netflix website or the Netflix app) without any purchase obligation. 

What happens after my 3 months?

The promotion will end after 3 months and Netflix will contact you. If you want to continue watching Netflix you will have activate a paying subscription via the website www.netflix.com. If you don’t answer, you will lose your access to Netflix.

I already have a Netflix subscription

After the installation of your Bizz All-in, within 10 days, you will receive a personal Netflix code via letter. This code has to be activated under your Netflix profile in the section ‘gifts and promotions’ before 15/04/2017. 

What happens after my 3 months?

When the promotion has ended, Netflix will continue billing as usual

Which Netflix subscription can I choose with my code?

The code gives a discount of €29.97 in total.

  • When you choose for a subscription of €9.99/month, you will receive exactly 3 months of free Netflix access.
  • When you choose for a subscription of €7.99/month, you will receive more than 3 months of free Netflix access.
  • When you choose for a subscription of €11.99/month you will receive less than 3 months of free Netflix access.

Proximus TV

I want to connect Proximus TV to more than 1 TV

No problem! Simply order your Bizz All-in and during the product configuration you’ll be able to add up to 2 extra decoders. For each extra decoder you pay €5/month.

Mobile

I want to become Bizz All-in customer and keep my current mobile phone number(s)

These steps are only valid for a Bizz All-in without Bizz Call Connect

You already have a mobile phone number with Proximus
Attention, you can only keep you mobile phone number if this isn’t combined with a smartphone offer.

  1. Compose your Bizz All-in, add a mobile subscription for every mobile phone number you want to keep (e.g.: if you currently have 2 mobile phone numbers you’ll need to add 2 mobile subscriptions to your Bizz All-in).
  2. Once you have ordered your Bizz All-in pack you can start the product configuration. Log in to MyProximus and an automatic check will be done to see which mobile phone numbers you can transfer.
  3. Choose ‘Proximus’ from the operator list and the mobile phone number you would like to transfer.
  4. For every mobile phone number you want to transfer you will need to provide the SIM card number, so keep this at hand.

You already have a pack with a mobile subscription from before 14/10/2016
You will be able to transfer your mobile phone numbers. Place your Bizz All-in order and we will call you back to finalize everything.

You already have a mobile phone number with another operator
You will be able to transfer your mobile phone numbers , follow these steps:

  1. Compose your Bizz All-in, add a mobile subscription for every mobile phone number you want to keep (e.g.: if you currently have 2 mobile phone numbers you’ll need to add 2 mobile subscriptions to your Bizz All-in)
  2. Once you have ordered your Bizz All-in pack you can start the product configuration. Choose your current operator from the list and the mobile phone number you would like to transfer.
  3. If you have a prepaid subscription with another operator you will have to provide the SIM card number. If you have a mobile subscription with another operator you will only need to provide your customer account number.
How much mobile data do I need every month?

For the average smartphone user we recommend the 3 GB mobile subscription. You will have than enough data to surf on the web and on social media.
Do you stream a lot of music (Spotify), video (YouTube) and surf almost every day? The 8 GB mobile subscription will be ideal for you.
For the intensive smartphone users who stream video’s every day over 3G/4G we have the 12 GB mobile subscription, perfect to cover all your needs!

1. Bizz Internet met Bizz All-in en Bizz Office: for personal use only, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Proximus. Bizz Internet: if you have used up your 3TB, your Internet speed will be reduced at the standard speed as of the first day of the next month you have ordered a free Extra Volume 150 GB via MyProximus. When the customer has used his monthly internet volume and doesn’t order a Volume Pack, he will surf at the standard speed as of the first day of the next month. The indicated speeds of your home connection depend on such factors as the distance between the connection point and the telephone exchange, the computer system and the internal cabling. In order to attain these speeds, you must have a VDSL connection. The indicated speeds on the 3G network depend on the quality of the 3G coverage quality is influenced by the proximity to an antenna, obstructions between the device and the antenna, the quality of the device.

2. Same day repair of your Internet connection, phone line and tv if you call before 5 p.m. on a working day or before 1 p.m. on a Saturday.

Bizz All-in

Free Bizz installation by a technician (worth €48.76) for new customers with a Bizz Office (team) or Bizz All-in (team) Pack. This includes the standard installation and, additionally, the remote activation and configuration of MyProximus, OneDrive for Business, domain name (DNS), mailboxes and Bizz Office Switch by ICT experts. Bizz All-in and Bizz Office are not compatible with the options Family Calls, Bizz Mobile Community, Proxi Replace and Proxi Duo. A maximum of 10 SIM cards.

Unlimited calls with Bizz Office and Bizz All-in: Unlimited national fixed-to fixed calls valid from one fixed telephone number. Unlimited calls to mobiles in Belgium from one fixed telephone number, with a limit of 1,000 minutes per month, per telephone number. Beyond 1,000 minutes, you pay the standard rate.  

Unlimited national/international calls: option to call any fixed number abroad from your fixed line (United States, Canada, France, Germany, Morocco, Turkey, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Sweden, Andorra, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland). This is valid 24/7 (with a maximum of 1,000 call minutes per month). Beyond 1,000 minutes, you pay the standard rate. If you have Happy Time International, you will pay the Happy Time International rate once you exceed the 1,000 minutes.

Guaranteed same-day restoration of your Internet access, telephone line and TV if you call before 5 p.m. on a working day or before 1 p.m. on a Saturday. If it cannot be restored within the indicated timeframe, we will temporarily restore it via the 3G/4G network. Guaranteed restoration of the telephone line: only applicable to the Phone Line and ISDN-2 Standard or TWIN lines.

Call forwarding: except for marketing or special numbers. Billing according to the customer's rate plan.

2nd SIM card included in Bizz All-in: if the volume is used up: €0.083 per additional MB.

The TV offer and on-demand programs of Proximus TV may be shown only in the customer's private circle. For more information about the availability of Proximus TV, HD coverage, the possibility of connecting several TV sets or the channel and channel package offering per region, see www.proximus.be/tv. Blockbuster with Bizz Office and Bizz All-in: for Packs with a "free movie" entitlement, the customer can choose one film per month from an exclusive catalog. The customer can rent the free movie any time during the month. Once the customer rents the movie, he has 48 hours to watch it. Any unused free movie cannot be carried over to the next month.

TV Replay and TV Replay+: since 01/06/2015, TV Replay has been free of charge for customers who opt for or already have Bizz Office or Bizz All-in (or a Proximus Pack since 2012). The availability of TV programs via TV Replay depends on the television channels and whether or not they have received the authorizations to broadcast the programs in that way. Also available on a PC, tablet and smartphone via the Proximus TV app. The list of channels available on TV Replay on Proximus TV and the Proximus TV app, and the specific terms and conditions, can be found on www.proximus.be/tvreplay. TV Replay is not available for Scarlet customers.

Favorite app: every Bizz Mobile subscription in a Bizz All-in Pack entitles the customer to an unlimited volume of data in Belgium for using an app of his choice from a defined list. The customer can only choose one app and can only change it once a month via MyProximus. Limits may apply for some applications. More information is available on www.proximus.be/support.

Protective measures: to avoid bill shocks, the service is blocked if the customer exceeds his bundle limit by €49.60. If the customer so wishes, he can unblock the service by contacting the customer service. The general terms and conditions of the apps apply. Proximus makes a selection from among the most popular apps around. Proximus reserves the right to modify the offer with two months' notice.

Bizz Mobile in Pack: the Pack advantages continue to apply for as long as the customer keeps his contract.

Mobile Coverage Extender is only included for customers who have a Bizz All-in with Bizz Mobile XL. All other customers have to pay €4,13/month. Maximum 1 Mobile Coverage Extender per customer after a checkup of the network of the customer by a Proximus technician, with a new installation or a visit at home (Happy House). For use in Belgium only, in accordance with the general terms and conditions. The MCE can only be ordered and installed on a Proximus fixed Internet line and must be used by a Proximus mobile customer. Mobile usage via the Mobile Coverage Extender is billed according to the applicable rates for the mobile subscription. Up to 4 simultaneous users. Maximum Proximus 3G coverage of 200 m². The Mobile Coverage Extender is and remains the property of Proximus. If the service is terminated, the customer must return the device to Proximus. Wi-Fi Extender Starter Kit in Bizz All-in: The Wi-Fi Extender Starter Kit (value: €82,64 – incl. Recupel charge) is only included for customers who have a Bizz All-in with Bizz Mobile XL. For use in Belgium only, in accordance with the general terms and conditions. Maximum 1 Wi-Fi Extender Starter Kit per customer after a checkup of the network of the customer by a Proximus technician, with a new installation or a visit at home (Happy House).

Offer valid from 01/03/2017 to 02/04/2017 for customers who do not yet have Internet through Proximus and who opt for Internet in a Bizz Office with TV or Bizz All-in: €15 discount for 6 months. Bizz Install: The installation by a technician (of a value of €48,76) and remote configuration of your Bizz Office Switch, OneDrive and e-mail is included for all new internet customers with a Bizz Office or Bizz All-in Pack.

Promo smartphone + Bizz Mobile+Phone subscription

Promo Bizz Mobile+Phone: this offer is valid from 01/03/2017 till 02/04/2017 included for all new customers subscribing to a 24-month contract to Bizz Mobile+Phone 31 (28 in Pack); 41 (38 Pack); 46 (36 Pack); 56 (46 pack); 66 (56 pack); 76 (66 pack).

Once the stock has been used up, it will not be replenished. Maximum of 3 smartphones per customer. Only payments by bank card are allowed.  By subscribing to a Proximus joint offer, the customer undertakes to accept all the terms and conditions of the offer and pay the telecom bills by direct debit. This direct debit will be applicable to the payment of all the amounts due to Proximus in the context of any other services provided by Proximus (due and past-due bills). Should the bank reject this direct debit arrangement, Proximus reserves the right to demand payment by bank transfer and charge the customer for this rejection on the basis of the then applicable rates.  Maximum of 30 days between the activation date of the subscription and the delivery of the smartphone. Eligible customers will receive their Netflix gift code within 10 business days of subscribing by letter. The Netflix gift code is activated on www.netflix.com/promo. Only one code will be provided per customer. The Netflix gift codes expire on 15/04/2017. The offer has a cash value of €29.97, which corresponds to 3 months of the "2 stream Netflix" service (Netflix on two screens).
