  • Delivery:
    - within 1 working day if the order is registered before 7 p.m. for devices without subscription.
    - within 3 working days for devices with subscription.

2 year warranty

  • You enjoy a 2 year warranty on all devices ordered online.
  • In case of a broken mobile device, our repair centre is available on 0800 15 690 (toll-free), for further instructions regarding the repair of your device.
  • In case of a broken fixed device, visit one of our Proximus point-of-sales, for further instructions regarding the repair of your device.
  • Your purchase invoice and/or delivery note acts as a warranty document in case of repair.
